Though we don't offer refunds on opened or used products, you can return any product(s) within 30 days of your purchase in exchange for a store credit to use the next time you shop with us. We have many products to choose from, so if something is not a fit, we encourage you to try another product.

 

 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us calling the spa or emailing us @ skincare.sj@gmail.com and giving us your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

 

Carefully package your returned products. Be sure to include:

-Receipt (original or copy) - required

-Preferred email address

-Reason for your return (we appreciate feedback)
